Prior to installing the SAMi in our household, my wife and I barely slept at night due to fear of missing one of our son’s seizures. A regular monitor just did not give peace of mind any longer. The SAMi is easy to set up and we are highly satisfied with how it functions. I have complete confidence in it catching unusual movement and the alarm wakes us up every time. It has indeed caught at least three seizures prior to us noticing otherwise in the year we’ve had it. I highly recommend it to anyone that would like to add an extra layer of detection. It works. I’ll also add that customer service is exemplary. If there’s ever an issue, response is prompt and definitive on how to correct the problem. Our one issue was distance from our commercial router to the camera and they recommend a cheap WiFi extender from Amazon (for which they provided a direct link). It works flawlessly now.
