We acquired the SAMi3 system for our autistic & epileptic child in March 2023. The software for replaying the recorded videos (as part of the SAMi3 software package) is not stable, and hangs up periodically, requiring a reboot of the system.
This continues happening even after updating the software per the advice of the SAMi3 team.
Since it is a very expensive investment, we are reluctant to dump it, and continue suffering through the hiccups it keeps having.
