We ordered this for our daughter,who has very long seizures and almost always needs rescue meds to stop them, when her old monitor failed to alert to a nighttime seizures. The first night we set it up , the sami alerted to a seizure and enabled us to get to her so fast that we able to stop her seizure quickly with a vns magnet rather than rescue meds. The peace of mind to still be able to sleep knowing that we will be truly alerted if a seizure happens is truly amazing.
