Thoroughly impressed with every element of this experience. Website is great. Customer service is great. I had some really technical questions about whether my home IT/network situtaion would work okay with SAMi and they promptly got me the answers I needed. At no point did I feel they were trying to sell me on anything, just straightforward honest answers. As for the product itself - it works just as it is described and we are so grateful to have it.
