We had a SAMI camera for a while and it was great! Much more comfortable with our LO sleeping alone but monitored. When it failed (to reconnect to the network), I reached out and got a warranty replacement quickly and easily (after going through all of the troubleshooting steps)! Thanks again for the product, and your willingness to back it up!
