We rely on the SAMi monitoring system to alert us if our nine-month-old daughter is having a seizure while sleeping. The camera works well and paired with the iPad and router, it has been flawless. We did have issues with the camera after the first few months, but the support team at SAMi was very responsive and got us set up with a new kit after working with us to troubleshoot the issue. The business clearly cares about the product and understands the situation its customers are in. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend this monitoring system to anyone looking for a way to keep an eye on loved ones while they sleep. I’m ordering a second camera to set up at daycare, to be used at naptime.
