HORRIBLE SERVICE ! We ordered a brand new Samsung oven from bestbuy. Florida City has came to inspect and the oven was malfunctioning releasing high levels of carbon monoxide. We’ve been trying to get the oven replaced for over a month. Samsung doesn’t reply to emails at all. Haven’t received a reply since the 16th ! They keep saying the problem is getting escalated to corporate but no one ever calls back. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer Samsung has all our info including that we have a one week old baby. If expressed that their product has one out our lives in danger and 2 how difficult it is to live without an oven. They clearly don’t care
