Worst customer support system ever. I was passed from department to department because the first /four departments I was told to call had no information about why my confirmed order hadn't shipped after 3 weeks. 5 calls and 2 hours later, I was told only that the part /was available, but the rep didn't know why it hadn't shipped. I was given yet to call yet another phone number to call to get my order unwedged but I'm on hold and there's no hint that I'm even on hold now. The best thing I can say about this entire transaction is that my credit card hasn't been charged yet--God spared me from the nightmare that would surely be unleashed had I tried to request a refund. Samsung Customer Support sucks, in a word!
