The customer service is horrible. There is no communication between them and the customer. After a month I finally got my tablet-not repaired. Sent it back in, took a week to realize they could not repair. I called in, transferred 5 times, on hold over an hour. This guy gives me another ticket number and said it would take 7 to 10 business days to get approval and send to me. By then it will be 2 months. Even emailed the CEO the first time and she did assist but has not replied to the 2nd or third emails. Based on othe complaints, it doesn't seem to matter what Samsung product you've purchased, you still have problems with service and repairs. Now I'm worried about my phone!
