My 55” Samsung tv of just shy of 3 years old has recently stopped working. It did not stop working due to my external issues but to an Internal issue( Samsung rep. diagnosed). Not only would they not compensate in anyway but had no interest in helping at all. May it be my problem the TV is almost 4 years old, but my recommendation to NOT get a Samsung tv unless you want to have to buy a new or spend 100’s to repair( like Samsung rep suggested...YA OK). Highly do not recommend no longer. Also key note*** went to Best Buy to look at another and Best Buy salesman recommended to never go by Samsung as those TVs “never last”. Duly noted and thank you for the recommendation as well. I will now be listening. Thanks, or not thanks for the help Samsung. Looks like I’m be moving on from your products.
