If I could rate a zero I would have. This is BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 weeks for a “courtesy” gift card for their refrigerator failure and have wasted over 15 hours taking with 8 reps and I still don’t have the gift card. Along with all of the trouble they KNOWINGLY SENT OUT LINKS TO RETRIEVE the card that DON’T work. PATHETIC
