I purchased a Galaxy Fit 7/1/20. It stopped working after 4 months. I sent it back for repair. Samsung said not under warranty and repair cost would be $118 more than $99 price of watch. I sent sales slip showing when I purchased watch. Because serial number was not on slip they would not accept this. Went through several people at Samsung and after two weeks of getting no where they sent watch back unrepaired basically saying since serial number not on sales slip I could of lied about purchase of watch. I purchased at Best Buy and went back to them. They do not put serial numbers on sales slip and were welling to talk to Samsung. Samsung said they did not return emails and the same day I went to Best Buy Samsung closed my ticket and sent unrepaired watch back to me. Worst customer service I have ever had. This started on 10/19/20 and I finally Best Buy resolved the problem on 11/3/20
