We purchased a Samsung refrigerator late February 2020. We had a power outage October 10, 2020 that only lasted four hours and now the refrigerator doesn’t work. I called Samsung for two weeks only to find out that no one in my area could service the refrigerator and that the model for the refrigerator is discontinued. After speaking with a “specialist”, I requested my refund. According to Samsung, the refund was approved October 21. All documents emailed with lost of food list. The refund was to be in my account within 7 days. I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s really frustrating because my family began their fall break that weekend and I went to the grocery store the day before. We spent a lot of money eating out for almost two weeks before purchasing a new one (different brand). I have been given the run around ever since. We had to dispose of the Samsung refrigerator ourselves. I will NEVER purchase a Samsung product again.
