Wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered. I placed my order September 7th, 2020. Delivery was October 30th, 2020 and I was given a notice 10 minutes before expected arrival. (Refrigerator / Dishwasher / Microwave). This is when the problems started. They delivered the wrong dishwasher and since box was open they left the wrong one and took my working one that I had just pulled out. Now I have a hole in my kitchen and am storing a new one in the garage. I have called 3x this week and still no call back from a supervisor. I am good with the initial delay on ordering and was aware before I placed it but terrible customer support and no ability to talk to a supervisor or get a callback just keeps me stuck and unable to finish this. I may just tell them to come grab all the appliances and I will go with something else despite having everything in my house (Phones/TV's/Washer&Dryer all being Samsung).
