Poor services center 😞🙄 samsung A50 mobile was not working suddenly in a fine morning.when approach the samsung service centre they refused to entertain stating impact damage but the mobile doesn't have any physical damage.It didn't last for six months even.think twice before buying samsung products, their after sale service is very poor at TNagar Chennai India. We need to get in touch with Samsung call centre as well as service centre for your device service. They will not give any written statement.
