Purchased a flagship 2020 Q90T TV & Q9000T soundbar, direct from Samsung. They haven't worked properly since day 1. With a random chiming/door bell noise, that causes the soundbar to disconnect for 2-3 seconds. Technical support went through ways to reset the soundbar, but after several days of trying different things, it didn't resolve the issue. A replacement soundbar was provided as fault was identified within 28days. New soundbar and issue continues. Issue is also heard when the sound bar is not connected and when the TV is on standby! Appears now that its the TV causing the issue, but Samsung now refusing to replace the TV as its over the 28days, despite the faulty system being raised to them within a 2 days of receipt. They did send a 3rd party to repair. They placed the main board and hey presto, issue not resolved. No diagnosis by 3rd party, came with the part in advance on the assumption that if they change the main board that must fix the issue. I'm not happy for my 2 month old TV that hasn't worked since day 1 to have continued repairs by a 3rd party, each time running the risk of further damage to the internal components. But Samsung refuse to replace or refund and also not returning escalation calls, but sending texts saying they tried to call!!! Not good at all and should be avoided at all costs. Clearly not a premium flagship product!
