My oven was 6 years old and could not be repaired due to unavailable parts. Samsung stated they would accommodate me in my purchase of another oven but it has been two weeks and still do not have an answer. Samsung customer service is evidently in another country and is hard to understand the broken english. My last two conversations i have asked them to text me. In shopping i have noticed that other companies have a 5 year warranty where Samsung only offers a 1 year warranty? I have been without my oven for two weeks and can not recommend this company to anyone.
