absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Bought a dishwasher and a range. Dishwasher was broken. They replaced. It took forever and 3 phone calls to get it delivered. When they came to install it, they refused because they said I had to get a different garbage disposal to fit the dishwasher. After over AN HOUR on the phone with Samsung they REFUSED to give me my money back for install and haul away, because it was a 3rd party contractor. Ummmmm...... not my problem.
DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG.
