I would give them a 0 if i could the 1st person i talked to didn't listen to my questions or reply's just an idiot,
we sent the phone in for a warranty claim it was not dropped there were a couple small scuff marks on the phone, they declared it was dropped and voided the warranty and tried to charge us $248.00 to fix they do not stand behind there products will never purchase from them again
