Purchased extended warranty, trying to get a copy of it. 5 attempts, still can't get it.
Employees send emails from their personal emails, then don't respond, when you get mad they tell you to not contact them about it. You call back, they send you a link to the samsung website. You call back again, they send you an invalid link. What a joke.
This is the type of service that will make me go to apple next time around.
