Sorry customer service ever. I am waiting on I replenishment cell phone. Because the first one could not work with the cell phone carrier I have. I call and text about what was they going to do about the phone for two three after they received the bad cell phone. The representative told me they will get back with a answer. Which I never received. Later on that night I got a text stating that a fix phone was shipped and I should receive it in the next 3-4 days. If Ithis cell phone doesn't work you will not have to worry about me ever again buying a Samsung product. Right now I have 2 Samsung phones, 2 TV's and washer and dryer. But because of this worst customer service experience ever with a Company I am not going to buy another Samsung Product. Thanks Mr Wendell Neal
