There is NO customer service. The back Panel of my stove burned out.
After many phone calls, sending all receipts numerous times, I was promised a new stove on taped lines. My attorney sent several emails Still nothing from Samsung.
As I have not had a stove since August, I will purchase a new appliance. Certainly, never a Samsung again!!
Will then go to Court to get reimbursed Shame on Samsung There are a lot of appliance companies, think before you purchase any Samsung products!! I certainly will
