I have been a Samsung customer for 15 years, I upgraded my Samsung Phone with an S20 where it said I would get a new watch, I have sent numerous documents through email with little response, I believed the last set of documents were sufficient so thout nothing of it, I had explained that I had separated from my wife and if they needed anymore documentation to please contact me, I then checked my emails to be told I was no longer eligible, it is absolutely disgusting and hope once the ombudsman is involved they want treat other customers the way they have treated me #samsung
