I'm never buying Samsung again! I purchased a new home without kitchen appliances. I picked out the ones I wanted (wouldn't be available for 2 months) and changed them for an earlier availability date. They were supposed to call me the day prior to the delivery date to set up a delivery window. No one called! I call them around 8 PM, they told me the appliances were in enroute and they will call me by 10 AM to confirm delivery time. I heard from no one, so I waited until 4 PM to call again. This time I was told that the transportation was delayed due to COVID. I understood the state that we were under and that delays happen, I figured it would a day or two since I was told the previous night that it was on it way. They said it would arrive by the 20th of the month (the original delivery date was the 10th). I explained my frustration of being in a house without appliances and with my family having to eat out for every meal. I was assured that I would be compensated for the delay afterwards (never would give an amount). I asked for it in writing (by sending an email) but the rep said they are not allowed to send emails. The appliances finally arrived on the 20th. When I called about the compensation, I was offered $50! For 10 days of my family eating three meals a day, $50!
