On July 30, 2020 I brought a Samsung galaxy active 2 44mm watch from Att , its 4 months old, for a week I have been try to get a replacement, it updated then the screen just went black, spent hours on the phone with att trying to fix it. They tell me its under warranty yes I know after getting transferred a million times, hung up on, then sent to a Att store, it still doesn't work. THEN FINALLY THEY SAY go to Att store pick up new watch great the store doesn't have any, back to calling them to find out I have to call Samsung to find out i have to send my watch to them, then maybe I'll get a new one , if they think its appropriate. I have never owned anything but Samsung products, since when do you send a product back Before getting a replacement. I'm done. There is no Customer Satisfaction, no Customer Appreciation, no Veterans Appreciation. NOTHING !!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS... APPLE HERE I COME.O AND I PAID FOR MY WATCH OUTRIGHT SO ITS JUST A PAPER WEIGHT AT THIS POINT.. 3 Dec 2020. RETIRED SSG.RAINEY US ARMY
