I received a damaged fridge. Since it was on the side and on a part that could still be used I opted for the Refund of the damaged parts. Here I am three months later and still have not received my refund. The cutomer service reps literally do not care nor strive to help. I think I have heard call back in 3 days like 5 times now. They are deff not ones to care about you after you have received their product. They have their money and do not have the time or effort to help fix this. I have heard horrible things about this and how they do not fix or try to fix anything when it comes to customer service. I should have known to use LG instead. I hope that you choose to go elsewhere because you will not get any problem solved. They will just keep pushing you off.
