I had purchased a samsung dishwasher, it was giving heater error n lodged a complaint with customer care on 24th nov, no action taken till today after one visit from engineer. Every time I call Samsung, they give me a new complaint number. I escalated to Service Head and still no action taken. I would never ever recommend samsung product. Very Disappointed with their customer service.
