They hang up on me twice. I ordered a TV and after setting it up we turn it on and it's broken. They refuse to send another one. They expect me to carry a 160 lb TV to the FedEx truck or pay $110 for someone to pick it up from my house. Very inconvenient. Never again. Even the supervisors hanged up on me. $1400 to the garbage
