I purchased the Crystal View 4K TV in August 2020. Within 2 months it broke. I had a new motherboard installed. 6 weeks later it broke again. I requested a new tv as time was needed off work for the engineer to call etc. A new TV was declined as it can be fixed. I don’t know if this is bad luck or a fault with these TV. I have always had a Samsung TV but I would not recommend this product.
