Tv Arrived broken. Installer couldn’t speak English so we could not communicate. :( customer service made me feel like a criminal, said they were sending someone to inspect. They had no idea how to contact the installer. After 10 days and almost as many phone calls I finally get to return the tv with no replacement. (Need to reorder)
That ain’t happen! Also sending back the sound bar we ordered.
We are not difficult people to please. Definitely the worst customer care ever!
