Ordered tv and soundbar - paid for install and demo. No one turned up and customer services never call back.
Ordered another tv for elderly parents - took my money but out of stock. Customer services promised to come back to me and still waiting. Last time I ever buy from this terrible company!! Avoid Samsung at all cost. Worst company ever
