Textbook definition of PATHETIC overseas call centers.
Ordered a $8'000 TV with Black Friday discount and Samsung Care+ with 0%APR financing, received a box with a big hole in it, and a used dirty TV inside from AGS freight.
Took 4+ hours on the phone and 12 different people in 5 different departments just to get a return done the right way and expeditiously with them.
Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER deal with samsung.com again in my life. Not even sure if I would ever want to buy another Samsung peoduct anywhere else either if this is how support is run.
