I see I'm not the only one having issues with Samsung and their "awesome" customer service. I switched from a Google Pixel to an S20 FE, horrible mistake. Within the first 3 months, the phone fell and the screen went black WHILE IN A CASE. Now I have to pay $175 for a new screen. How does a phone that costs this much and this new not have some kind of warranty to cover it. Especially after reading other reviews of people having issues with the S20 screen as well. Going back to Pixel, never again.
