I was told i qualified for an accomodation for an exchange because i sent the soundbar more than once for repair each time came back with no issue found even though the soundbar was intermitently not turning on. I literally spent 400 dollars on a soundbar just for it to have this issue lol. I spent more than a hour on hold when i was transferred to case management hung up out of frustration literally about to cry out of anger.. when you call samsung just expect to not get helped and expect to be on the phone on hold for the majority of your time.
