Worst experience with Nandilath and Samsung. Do not register for extended warranty from Nandilath for Samsung Products. I had the worst experience on purchase of a Samsung Washing Machine from them. Bought the washing Machine for Rs.27000/- and paid additional Rs.2000/- for extended warrantee. The machine got damaged just 3 weeks before expiry of the extended warranty and I have registered with the Samsung for service. The engineer attended and told he has ordered the parts and the dealer will provide the cost of repair since it is in warrantee period. But the company closed the case without informing me after 6 days and I was waiting for the service. Again contracted the Engineer,and reminded that warrantee period ends and he told nothing to worry as the case registered in warrantee period. Now they are telling that warrantee period is over and have to pay Rs.4440/- for repair. Company telling that they couldn't contact Nandilath and Nandilath telling that they contacted and employee who has left dealer. Anyway customer is at loss for the blue game between company and dealer. It is really sad the note that the so called reputed company like Samsung Customer Care has closed a case without settling my grievance and without informing me before closing the case. Talked with both dealer and company, the blame game continues. So bad that the product costing Rs.27000/- has gone wrong even before 4: years of Service. Go for another product and another dealer, so that this experience will not be there for you.
