Samsung apparently doesn't know when they ship or if they've shipped their product. I ordered a tv and on the 16th, said it shipped and would be delivered on the 23rd. I checked the tracking on AGS and it said it was never picked up. Samsung couldn't tell me if it had actually shipped and to wait until the 24th because by some magical ways the tv might show up. I called in the 24th to talk with their "customer service" for the 3rd and 4th time. They gave some bs excuse that they would have to cancel my order because it was lost in transit (even though AGS said they never got it). They offered some $100 bs credit for the inconvenience, then I had to argue and got another credit, but after I have to reorder and actually receive the product. Their customer service is a joke and the company is garbage. I will never order from them again. I will go to a third part seller if I even decide to purchase their products again. They honestly don't care if the customer is put out by their mistakes and will not resolve. Now I have to wait for 3-4 business days before my credit shows back up.
