It's been frustrating all way round. Starting with their incompetent customer service people to their stupid policies that don't make the slightest sense. One pray your order goes well, then you will be good to go..if anything goes wrong, you are DOOMED! And I mean totally TOTALLY DOOMED. I bought a note 20 5g came with scratches, I had already shipped my trade in device I called fora replacement/exchange I was told I'm sorry you will need to go order a new phone then return the damaged one. I went ahead and did that, my second phone arrives and I realize it's not fullyncompatible with my network this is where hell broke loose. They went ahead and approved my device for an exchange with a promise to price match. When my device arrived and called for the price match, I was told I'm sorry but we can't price match because of something called sku. Not sure what that is. Now this is where I'm stuck. With one customer care person telling you different things from another one. They will transfer you back and forth 1500 times and each person will have a different response. Before you buy do your research or just go to retailer where you know someone got your back. Else stay away!
