Poor service and uncaring people. When you buy an item in my case a Samsung galaxy note 4 and they repair it you expect it to be repaired not come back with the same fault.
As you can imagine after travelling a 140 mile round trip to what is suposed to be my local Samsung repair center you can image how pee'd off I was t be told I would have to do it all over again. No lets get you another phone, no replacement offered just anothe 2 weeks.
MY ADVICE AVOID BUYING SAMSUNG I will.
