What has not gone wrong. Samsung customer service is on par with making a deal with he devil and not reading the fine print. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 Thom Browne edition and care plus subscription to protect my investment. I got bumped and took a tumble down some stairs and the phone got broke. When I called premium care they helped me set up a claim and then I was told if I do not hear anything back from them to call. then they tell me my IMEI number doesn't match the model number that it is listed as a z flip. I am on day 11 of bouncing back and forth to get my phone fixed between Samsung and Samsung premium care which is serviced by Asurion. Worst customer service experience of my life. If I could throw this phone through the front window of Samsung corporate then I would. I will never purchase another Samsung product again.
