Is the worst customer service, I have a new galaxy z flip with one scratch, and now they are saying that the phone is damaged do to that scratch. wow so you are telling me that when they tested this phone they only dropped it ONCE. Stop the phone is $1,300.00 dollars it should have some type of warranty if when you open the phone all the sudden the hinge on the right side where you flip the phone pops out. Now Samsung is saying that because I dropped it I broke that part. Guys I have a a UAG case www.urbanarmorgear.com these cases are very tuff. Please don't buy tis phone it breaks to easy, they charge people $500.00 for repair. Also like I told the customer service agent, I have insurance I can also call them but this is an issue how are the phones going to get better if they don't have any complaints? very disappointed at Samsung not good 0 stars....
