I purchased a samsung microwave, 4 months later it stop working.
Called service on 12/22 it is 1/15/21 five service appointments , three of them where not honored, service person sick or not able to show. the two time he did show installed parts but microwave is still not working. can't wait for them to get this working so I can trash it. I will never purchase Samsung anything again! zero stars
