I called up Samsung and tried to stop the transit of a 970 QVO and everyone refused to do it. It even didn't leave their warehouse and FedEx didn't receive the package. All of the employees and overseas call center all refused to stop the package. Their statement was, "It's against our rules and if we do this, we can get in trouble." So, I made a note in the system and called up FedEx, they said, "We cannot do this because it is a specialty code and, if we go against it we can get in trouble." So, we have two different areas EXTREMELY scared to make any moves after I told them that I don't want the product. From what I can tell, there isn't something wrong about this company. Next time I purchase Samsung products, it will be directly from a store that honors a true warranty and return policy.
