Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I have been a galaxy user since the very first model and have been super excited to get the new S21 Ultra. I have been trying to place an order at samsung.com for the last four days after cancelling my first order (which is what is suggested to do) due to having to incorrect billing information being in the order. When I went to re-place my order the account said I was no longer available for an upgrade. So, I contacted customer service through the chat bubble. They said I would have to call the customer service number because they were unable to help in this situation. For the last four days I have been calling, waiting to get a rep for 30+ minutes, stating my problem when I get a rep, and getting hung up on. EVERY TIME! I decided to call Verizon instead thinking maybe they would help, which they were happy to do. The Verizon rep called Samsung and also got hung up on! The rep decided to call again. The Verizon rep was able to finally get me on the phone with a rep from Samsung. I started going through the issue I was having. Since it seemed I was actually going to get help this time the Verizon rep hung up. AS SOON as the Verizon rep hung up I heard a click. The Samsung rep hung up. I just wanted to send $1k and get a nice new Ultra. I no longer wish to deal with the stress of the situation, so begrudgingly I will be buying an Apple 12 Pro. Never again will I go back to Samsung, and it makes me very sad to walk away from a company that I have been with since 2010.
