Worst customer service ever! Upgraded the 4 phones on my plan in Sept 2020 to a Note 20 and 3 Note 20 Ultras. Hate that they don't have ear bud ports but thank goodness they will send me complimentary Type C earbuds. 5 months and 12 hours-long phone calls later, no earbuds. Constant runaround - customer service... case management... review department... specialist department. Called, messaged, chatted. No help. Always say they will get back to me. Didn't happen once. I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years. So disappointed, upset, angry ... I think I'm going through the stages of grief, like Samsung is dead to me. Now product is "out of stock". It's been 5 months send me ones you have in stock. Please just send my ear buds!
