I have a washing machine which has a warranty for 10yrs. Presently I'm facing an issue, due to which i called the call center to arrange a technician for which they want to charge 150aed. Then i agreed to make the payment for the service as they informed me the warranty is only for the motor. After my request was placed they informed that the technician can come only by monday. But till date the technician has not come nor got a call from anyone. I have been calling many times to the call center and they are just fooling people by saying that they have reported to the service center, management and higher management. They can't even track the technician or provide thw contact number. So i believe people should double think before buying their products. I have other company products where things were managed easier. I also think the customer service is taught good enough to fool people with their lame promises
