I purchased a replacement phone. They send it to you signature required. I paid for express shipping. Not knowing it was Fed ex. Fed ex only comes to my area during the day when I am at work. Samsung refuses to let me schedule a time with fed ex. Refuses to change the delivery address. Refuses to allow me to sign for it at a fed ex pick up location. I'm supposed to take a day off work to sign for the package. So apparently I am supposed to wait an additional 3 delivery attempt days, and drive an hour to the fed ex facility on the 4th day for a phone I need. Glad I paid for express shipping. Since the customer service reps refuse to help. I will be refusing the delivery, and have it returned to Samsung. Sounds like its finally time to just purchase an apple IPhone. Last time, and ex Samsung customer.
