I have had the worst customer service with a warranty issue for a monitor. I have been dealing with it since Jan 5, 2021. The monitor is 6 months old. I was told to ship it to them, I shipped it in a HP monitor box with a shipping label on it, they didn't like the extra crossed out label. They shipped it back to me. I called and Samsung said they would ship me a box, waited 10 days no box, I call and again and they stated they don't ship boxes, I have to get my own. Do you know how hard it is to get a box to ship a monitor in! I get a box (cost $35) use their label they sent me bring it to UPS yesterday, today I get a notice that they have cancelled my ticket. Called again this morning, the girl says she has to call me back her system isn't working, I'm still waiting, 20 min. I have decided to forget about it. I will never buy another Samsung product and will be getting rid of my 3 Samsung phones.
