Bought a new Samsung TV in April 2020. Jan 20th, the TV power cycled and would not start. Called Samsung and after 2 weeks, a 3rd party service company came out and replaced all components but panel/screen. TV still would not work, so after another week, they came back with a new panel. It was defective so now headed into 4th week with no TV. Samsung refuses to replace TV or overnight parts to 3rd party service company to help with the "3-5 days" shipping time from Samsung to vendor. Very disappointed in Samsung Customer Service and vendor acknowledged at their 2nd visit that of all the brands they service, Samsung is worst for CS & response.
