Samsung has the worst customer service and no follow up at all. Bought my Samsung TV July 2020 and it stopped working but is still in warranty. Now I’m jumping threw hoops just to get someone to come out to repair my tv. No one called me to let me know my area was not serviceable. They offer a refund and then make me jump through more hoops after sending my receipt and serial decal number. Just ridiculous. I’ll never buy Samsung again.
