I bought a Samsung s20fe, 3 weeks later stopped working. No data at all. I call Samsung customer care they told me to do factory reset it didn't work. I shipped the phone to texas phone came back and IT WAS NOT FIX. I took it to Samsung palo alto store and they say it was not the phone. It was my carrier. My carrier said the service was just fine. Samsung this is BS, a phone with less then 2 months old stopped working. You could fix it neither replaced it. Is that how you treat your customer?.
